We once again called upon Adam and his amazing team, this time to conduct a dilapidation report. I honestly cannot recommend Adam, Ragy, Hanna and the rest of the team more highly. They are all over everything from getting back prompt and professional quotes, putting up with us when we needed to change times to accommodate a third party, being more than thorough during the dilapidation visit and an extremely fast turnaround time of returning the report to us.
